1. definition : These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter ''GTC'') are offered by the company [Mon carnet de voyage] (hereinafter the ''Company''), [individual company], registered in the Trade Register and companies under the number [SIRET: 948726633 000 19], represented by [Christophe TROGNO], whose registered office is at [11 rue lino Ventura in Vaulx en Velin, France].

2. Application and opposability of the T&Cs The purpose of these T&Cs is to define all the conditions under which the company markets the Products and/or Services as offered for sale on the Site to Customers.

3. Terms of payment: The artist reserves the right to refuse to carry out a project. The cancellation of the order by the artist will result in the total refund of the amount collected. The work will not be sent. Payments are made by Paypal transfer or bank check payable to Christophe Trogno 30% at the time of the order and 70% before sending the work. The sending of the work will only be done after full payment of the order. In the event of dissatisfaction following the sending of the work, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the work by the customer (the acknowledgment of receipt of the work counting for the day 1) and subject to its return at the purchaser's expense, accompanied by a sworn statement not to have reproduced the work. Only the two conditions met will trigger the refund. Reimbursement (minus shipping costs and the 30 % avanced) will be made upon receipt of the work and the certificate. In the event of withdrawal (before sending the work), after the period of 7 days from receipt of the signed estimate, the 30% advance is retained. The work will not be sent regardless of its progress. The reference price of a page is €25 including VAT. This price may vary depending on the difficulty of the subjects to be painted. an estimate will be established beforehand from the communicated photos. The characteristics of the work are described on the "my services" page. They can be modified at the customer's request, resulting in price variations. An estimate will be established beforehand and must be validated ("good for acceptance" dated and signed by the customer), and transmitted digitally by the customer.

4. Deadline: The lead time is indicated in the estimate. If the time indicated is exceeded, the customer will benefit from a 10% discount for every 15 days late. After 1 month of delay, the customer may, by formal request, demand the cancellation of the order and the reimbursement of the advance in full. The late discount may not exceed 20% of the total amount of the order.

5. Copyright: Reproduction rights reserved. The sale of works does not mean the transfer of reproduction and representation rights. The customer remains the owner of the photos used for the project and will be erased upon full payment of the invoice, upon request for withdrawal or following the return of the work after dissatisfaction. A certificate can be provided on request.
